Transcripts available to alumniColumbus State offers copies of official academic transcripts at no charge to former students. Alumni who attended more than a year ago can use CSU's Integrated Student Information System (ISIS) to request transcripts and other documents. If you have forgotten your CSU ID number, use the CSU ID lookup page to retrieve it and gain access to ISIS. Former students who have attended CSU within the past year may log into CougarNet and use ISIS. You may also request a copy of your academic by:
All requests must include your signature, printed name, current address, Social Security number or CSU student ID number and date of birth. For transcript requests submitted through ISIS, your valid password counts as your signature. Additional information on approximate dates of attendance is helpful. Be sure to provide complete information on the recipient’s name and address. An academic transcript will not be issued if you have an outstanding financial obligation to CSU. Check ISIS for “holds” on your record. Upon request, CSU will send transcripts directly to a third party, such as a graduate school or an employer. Be aware that official transcripts sent directly to a student or former student will be stamped Issued to Student and may not be accepted by a third party. For more information, call the registrar's office at 706-507-8800. |
